Proceeds from the 2021 Charity Golf Tournament will support a new bladder scanner for patient care and a new educational scholarship program. The bladder scanner is a non-invasive tool for diagnosing, managing and treating urinary outflow dysfunction. The Ascension Standish Educational Scholarship fund goal is to award two $500 scholarships to both our associates and their dependents each year to help continue their education at an accredited college of their choice.
COVID-19 precautions and protocols are in place to keep all attendees safe. All activities and meals will be held outside.
Look for streamlined registration, breakfast, box lunches, and 50/50 raffle opportunities. Awards will be determined after the event and mailed to winners.
Event is held rain, snow or shine. In the rare occurrence of course closure, rain checks for golf will be issued.
Mulligans: $5/player (max 4 per team)
